Influenza (“flu”) is a contagious disease that spreads yearly, usually between October and May. The flu is an infection that can cause fever, cough, body aches, and other symptoms. The flu vaccine is a preventative treatment that can keep you from getting sick with the flu. The flu vaccine can also make flu less severe if you do get it and keep you from spreading flu to your family and other people. Our clinic will be offering the domestic Japanese flu vaccine (injection).
