Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we ask our patients to call* or email** in advance for an appointment. We will be asking your name, date of birth, contact number, reason for visit and current location. We also ask for your punctuality. If you happen to be late, your consultation may become short or we may need to reschedule. We will contact you if you are not present at the time of appointment. If a cancellation is made without prior notification or if we experience difficulties in communication, further appointments will not be made by email or phone. A visit to the office will be required to resolve communication issues.
