What are your fees?
Urgent (same day) appointments 15000 yen. Regular appointments 10000 yen plus tax (Regular appointments must be scheduled at least one business day in advance and must be confirmed by staff). Walk-In visits 20000 yen plus tax. Laboratory tests, medications and documents will be additional. Psychiatry consultation 20000 yen plus tax (appointment only). Psychology consultation 12000 yen plus tax. Immunization consultation fees are waived for individuals seeking a specific vaccination. Second opinion consultation and complex problems that require long consultations may result in additional charges. Pricing is subject to change.
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, we ask our patients to call* or email** in advance for an appointment. You will need to provide us with your name, date of birth, contact number, reason for visit and current location. We also ask for your punctuality. If you happen to be late, your consultation may become short or we may have to reschedule. We will contact you if you are not present at the time of appointment. If a cancellation is made without prior notification or if we experience difficulties in communication, you will not be able to place further appointments with us by email or phone. We will ask you to physically visit the office to place further appointments and resolve communication issues.
*We only accept requests from patients directly. Friends, family, secretaries will not be able to place an appointment with us unless you are an established patient at our clinic. **We accept appointment requests by email at firstname.lastname@example.org but please kindly wait for our confirmation email. What are my payment options?
Payments can be made by cash or credit card. We accept VISA, MASTERS, and AMERICAN EXPRESS.
What is your insurance policy?
We do not accept insurance (including the Japanese national health insurance). Services are provided on a “cash-only (direct payment)” basis. We do not offer any direct billing (cashless) arrangements. Payments are expected at the time medical services are rendered. We will issue a receipt in English (itemized with ICD code upon request) which can help when submitting an insurance claim.
What services do you provide?
We provide Primary Care, Psychiatry and Wellness. We perform tests and dispense medicine from within the clinic. Our in-house laboratory can immediately test for white blood cells, HIV, blood sugar, INR, strep throat, mononucleosis, influenza, adeno virus and drugs. We also have access to a comprehensive panel of laboratory tests through our central laboratory. Our in-house pharmacy can dispense medicine for infections, hypertension, allergies, diabetes, high cholesterol, anxiety, erectile disfunction, sleeping disorders and more. Low-molecular-weight-heparin injections are also available by request. We also assist our patients to specialists, imaging centers and hospitals when needed. Pertaining to Wellness, “Emotionally Calming Breathing Exercises” and lifestyle modifications are taught here.
